Shokai is First Spring’s workspace for managing meetings, business communications, contacts and fundraising documents. Access to the workspace is limited to authorized users.
Google connections
- Google sign-in identifies your account. Workspace membership determines what you can access.
- Google Calendar connections synchronize selected calendars, show availability and work meetings, and support meeting scheduling.
- Gmail connections organize relevant conversations, identify meetings and follow-ups, and support drafts and authorized email actions.
- Google Drive connections let you select, create and manage documents used in the workspace.
You choose which accounts to connect and can revoke Google access at any time. Read our privacy policy for the data we access, how automated processing works, and how to request deletion.
